Informations historiques : Ida Opal est née à Bruxelles. Un stage d’initiation avec l’architecte d’intérieur Sylviane Zurly en Toscane, l’a lancée dans le domaine de l’assemblage des tissus. Elle a réalisé un travail très différent du patchwork traditionnel américain. Chaque création de Ida Opal se décline sur un thème, une idée de base qui est travaillée jusqu’à livrer l’essentiel.
