Informations historiques : Informations reçues de Yisrael Dubitsky The script does indeed match what we would expect from an Italian origin, ca. mid-19th century. The "coat of arms" we have not been able to identify specifically, but it does seem to be based on the coat of arms/print heraldry used by the 16th cen printer, Joseph Shalit of Padua. We include the picture of the printer's mark as it appears in A. Yaari, Hebrew printers' marks from the beginning of Hebrew printing to the end of the 19th century. Jerusalem 1944. Hope this helps! With all good wishes, Yisrael
